(1): The production line consists of:
1.LW1/400+LZ9/350 straight line wire drawing machine unit,main electrical control cabinet(inverter,figure communication,PLC control,vertical display and operation screen)
2.Spooler Take up machine SG550
This production line can run through 1-10 blocks of LW1/400+LZ9/350 and use SG750 as take-up machine.
(2)The equipment has a electrical automation control cabinet,and a comprohensive control unit besides machines.there is colourful touch display screen which can input operation parameter and display live data.All operation buttons can be operated by machine and comprehensive control unit.
(3)All 10 blocks are using secondary belt for transmission driving .
(4)main motor :380V/50Hz exchange varaiable-frequency motor,use in toride zone,subtoripics,power 11KW.10sets in total.
